Empathy

About the project

DIGIVOGUI is a Virtual Exchange project co-funded by the European Commission and the Executive Agency for Education, Audiovisual and Culture. Our aim is to develop personal and social skills in young people, giving them the tools they need for active civic participation and informed and responsible decision-making about their future.

Partners:

Psientífica

Bosnian Representative Association for Valuable Opportunities

Schedia Stin Poli Kallitexniki Paidagogiki Omada

Centre Progress and Development

Thus, we want to empower young people to achieve better personal, social, educational and professional prospects, basing our project on 3 essential points:

  • Theoretical, methodological and conceptual development that enables quality intervention with young people, through the development of 2 manuals - Theoretical Manual and Practical DIGIVOGUI Manual.

  • Planning, preparing and structuring training for youth workers, so that they can offer quality work to young people on the subject of vocational guidance based on the NFS - through the creation of the MOOC and training for youth workers - which will be developed throughout the project;

  • Planning, preparing and structuring an interactive MOOC for young people to develop their personal and social skills. This course will also be trialled over the course of the project.

Using digital media and non-formal education tools, we are planning a programme that will work on essential indicators for personal, social, school and professional success and achievement: self-knowledge, communication and interpersonal relationships, critical thinking and creativity, time management, problem-solving and emotional management, entrepreneurship, adaptability and decision-making (skills areas to be explored).

Problem: Lack of skills and lack of individualised vocational exploration/guidance
